Returns & Refund Policy

At Lucky Find Goods, we take pride in providing quality products. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

If your return request is approved, your item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Be returned in their original product packaging.
Include the original packing slip included with your order.
Include all original tags, inserts, and accessories (if applicable).
Be free from scratches, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or any other signs of use.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from Lucky Find Goods.

Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Greeting cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Gift cards
Clearance or Final Sale items
Any item showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a verified defective item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lucky Find Goods is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the product packaging
Photos of the shipping box and shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Items that fail inspection or otherwise do not comply with this policy may be returned to the customer without a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt shipment.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Returns

Lucky Find Goods reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy or that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal consumer purchasing behavior.
